Hi everyone, Well it has been a while since last posting regarding ulcerative colitis. Madasin went to doctors in August 2010 and this time they came back with she does not have ulcerative colitis, but she has either an IBD or IBS. They put her on Medicine for IBS, which did her no good at all. We ended up taking her off the medicne and just waited to see what would happen. While we have been looking for another doctor to see her regarding all of this for a second opinion. However we can not seem to find anyone else who will see her. In the mean time, not a lot has changed.
We changed her diet according to her blood type and that seems to be helping with the amount of gas and belly aches that she gets. We have not been on the diet for a long time, so we are still in the beginning stages of it. I am hoping that is helps her enough to get her through until she goes back to the doctors. We have an appointment for November 16 2010. We are hoping for something to be done.
